Responsibilities

  • Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Measure openings accurately and prepare job sites for efficient installation.
  • Remove old windows and doors while minimizing damage to surrounding structures.
  • Seal, insulate, and finish installations to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • 1+ years of experience installing residential windows and doors.
  • Ability to read measurements accurately and use caulking tools, power tools, and levelers safely for residential window and door installation.
  • Knowledge of sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing best practices for residential window and door installation.
  • Experience working professionally with homeowners in occupied homes.
  • Able to carry windows and doors, stand for extended periods, and use ladders safely.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Fluency in an additional language is a plus.
