The Role • Drive direct sales by cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with B2B customers. • Recommend product and service modifications to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. • Proactively identify customer needs and exceed expectations through exceptional service. • Promote product penetration by highlighting relevant offerings based on customer purchasing trends. • Leverage industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, and pricing. • Participate in daily team meetings and sales training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
