This specialized hospital, situated directly on the Baltic Sea coast, is renowned for its expertise in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, treating approximately 50,000 patients annually. The Role • Provide competent basic and advanced nursing care for critically ill patients according to established standards. • Monitor intensive and ventilation-dependent patients and actively participate in resuscitation services. • Work autonomously within an interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians and therapists. • Contribute to the development of work processes and innovation within the nursing practice. • Experience diverse nursing challenges across specialties including internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, and thoracic, visceral, and vascular surgery. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Registered Nurse. • Ideally, specialized training in intensive care nursing or a willingness to pursue it. • A demonstrated ability to work independently and with responsibility. • Strong empathy, structured work habits, and a passion for nursing. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a service-oriented approach.
