Job Description

Agency LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – $45 per hour (Weekly Pay / Every Thursday)

Location: St James, NY 11780 (Nursing Home facility)
Base Pay: $45 / hour
Overtime Pay: $67.50 / hour
Schedule: 11PM-7AM (Night) - Full-Time & Part-Time hours available!

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing routine procedures.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.

  • Completed practical nursing program from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
