Operations Manager

Leidos is seeking a JBAB Operations Manager to lead day-to-day IT operations and service delivery for mission-critical environments at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. In this role, you will oversee support teams, coordinate infrastructure and application services, manage incident and change processes, and ensure SLAs and security requirements are met for government customers. You will drive continuous improvement, monitor performance metrics, manage vendors, support audits, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations and service delivery at JBABSupervise and mentor IT support and operations staff
• Manage incident, change, and problem processes to meet SLAs
• Coordinate infrastructure, network, and application support activities
• Monitor operational performance and produce regular reports
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and customer requirements
• Drive process improvement and standardization across services
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams
• Oversee vendor performance and support contracts
• Support budgeting, planning, and resourcing for operations
