The Role

• Take ownership of workstreams, coordinating from receipt through to job completion.
• Schedule work orders in accordance with SLAs, optimizing travel routes and productivity.
• Identify and address noticing issues early to ensure correct responses from utilities and minimise challenges.
• Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into works management systems.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Provide daily and weekly reports as required to meet service levels and objectives.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, previous experience working within the utilities sector.
• Proven experience in a planning or coordination role.
