Job Summary

We are looking for a Seismic Content Automation Administrator with strong experience in Seismic, LiveDocs, content automation, data integration, and platform administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Seismic LiveDocs, supporting data-driven content automation, troubleshooting integrations, and helping modernize existing solutions using enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake.

This role will work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable content automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, customize, and enhance the Seismic platform based on business and sales-enablement requirements.
• Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Seismic LiveDocs templates.
• Build dynamic templates using variables, personalization rules, conditional logic, reusable components, and data-driven content.
• Support the migration of existing Seismic LiveDocs from legacy data integrations to a modern Snowflake-based data platform.
• Configure Seismic WorkSpaces, permissions, profiles, workflows, content, and platform governance.
• Build and support integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems, content repositories, marketing platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Validate data mappings and troubleshoot integration, data-flow, and document-generation issues.
• Support REST API, SSO/SAML, and other enterprise integrations.
• Develop and maintain automation using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML, APIs, and scripting.
• Define development and configuration standards and perform configuration/code reviews.
• Manage testing, defect resolution, deployments, releases, and environment management.
• Troubleshoot complex Seismic and LiveDocs issues and identify root causes.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, operational efficiency, governance, and content lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide technical documentation.
• Mentor developers and contribute to solution design and technical architecture.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, and quality.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Seismic Platform.
• Strong experience with Seismic LiveDocs development and administration.
• Experience with LiveDocs templates, dynamic content, variables, personalization, and conditional logic.
• Experience with content automation and data-driven document generation.
• Experience with data mapping and enterprise data integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML, REST APIs, and scripting/automation.
• Experience with Seismic administration, configuration, WorkSpaces, permissions, profiles, and workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting content automation and document-generation issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience with Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms.
