Azure Infrastructure Operations Engineer

Location: Remote

In this role, you will take hands-on responsibility for supporting Azure infrastructure running a mission-critical application. As a member of our Infrastructure Operations team you will be expected to play an active role in supporting our full Azure-hosted infrastructure, which includes Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dataverse, and Snowflake. You will benefit from experience with Azure automation, but more importantly, your success will depend on your ability to proactively learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements. This position calls for a motivated technologist who is eager to tackle challenges beyond traditional pont-and-click Azure portal management. You will be expected to learn fast, make smart decisions, take ownership and responsibility for outcomes, and maintain quality within a high-performing team with high standards so that you are contributing to the stability, scalability, and security of the entire platform. Your willingness to take initiative, act thoughtfully, and make informed decisions will be key as you help drive continuous improvement across all aspects of infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities:

·        Manage and optimize Microsoft Dataverse and .NET applications within Azure environments

·        Develop and manage Azure Kubernetes and Azure API Management to support scalable applications.

·        Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand infrastructure requirements and solve them

·        Proactively support and maintain the full infrastructure stack, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dataverse, and Snowflake

·        Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure Networking including VNETS, Front Door, and ExpressRoute.

·        Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in cloud infrastructure

·        Actively contribute to process improvements and operational excellence across the team

·        Demonstrate initiative and ownership by identifying and addressing challenges independently

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $125,000 - $140,000/YR (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
