Sales Executive (Retail Softwares)

Job Description
We are working with a fast-growing specialty finance company in Irvine that is looking to add a Senior Sales Director to build and manage relationships with financial advisors and insurance producers serving high-net-worth clients.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no team to manage and a company-supplied client base behind you so you are not starting from zero.
8+ years of proven production experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services with direct experience selling to or through financial advisors, insurance producers, or broker-dealers serving affluent clients
~ Demonstrated ability to self-generate business through conferences, seminars, speaking engagements, and outbound phone outreach rather than relying on inbound or employer-fed leads
~ Experience managing a consultative, relationship-based sales cycle from first introduction through close, including pipeline discipline and multi-touch follow-up over an extended period
~ Professional maturity and credibility to present confidently to groups and hold peer-level conversations with sophisticated advisors, trust attorneys, and high-net-worth clients
This role is based in Irvine with remote considered anywhere in the U.Health, dental, vision, and paid time off included.
