The Role

• Overseeing and optimizing the quality of care and adherence to nursing standards.
• Efficiently and appropriately creating staff schedules.
• Independently conducting care visits.
• Providing individual and activating care for residents, respecting their life habits and abilities.
• Leading the care process and documentation in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintaining close communication with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Assisting in the professional guidance and development of nursing staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric nurse or in general and specialized nursing.
• Further qualification as a Head of Residential Area (Wohnbereichsleitung).
• Confident and competent interaction with residents, staff, and relatives.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to implementing a holistic and resident-centered care concept.
• General PC skills (MS-Office, specialized application software).
• Excellent teamwork, high motivation, and strong engagement.
