An active Ohio Property & Casualty license is required for this role. P rior Allstate experience in property and casualty insurance sales is a must.

Required Skills
Support the sales team by handling backend paperwork and administrative tasks
Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Assist with data entry, client file maintenance, and follow-up communications
Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Responsibilities Include
Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
We will develop and train on strategies, sales techniques, sales processes and much more.

Benefits
Base pay $16 - $20 per hour (higher base negotiable depending on licensing and experience)
Generous commission based on sales production
