Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with residential customers to install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, with a focus on delivering great service and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems including heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, and furnaces.
- Diagnose issues with equipment and provide clear, accurate solutions.
- Visit job sites to inspect systems and ensure proper functioning.
- Understand basic sizing and system layout checks for residential HVAC installs.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during all appointments.
- Accurately document work using a tablet or smartphone for job tracking.
- Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment in good condition.
- Collaborate with the team and office dispatch to keep schedules on track.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read basic system diagrams and follow equipment manuals.
- Comfortable using technology (smartphone/tablet) for job logging.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call occasionally.
