The Role

• Represent the brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events
• Engage potential customers and generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions
• Identify and qualify leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays

• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations
• A naturally outgoing and engaging personality, comfortable initiating conversations
• Resilience and confidence to handle any objections or rejections
• A genuine enjoyment of helping people and making a positive first impression
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Must be 18 years or older with a smartphone
