Job Description :
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong business judgment to design and deliver scalable, practical solutions that advance strategic priorities.
This individual is highly hands-on, with strong working knowledge of Java and modern AI tools, and is comfortable moving between architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance.
They can translate complex business needs into clear technical approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are both robust and aligned to business outcomes.
The ideal candidate works effectively across organizations, building trusted relationships with technology, product, operations, and business stakeholders.
They are collaborative, pragmatic, and execution-focused, with the ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Most importantly, they make themselves an indispensable part of the organization by consistently solving meaningful problems, anticipating needs, and bringing both technical credibility and strategic perspective to every engagement.
Strong working knowledge of Java and modern AI tools
Strong capabilities in moving between architecture, prototyping, technical problem-solving, and implementation guidance
Ability translate complex business needs into clear technical approaches, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner closely with engineering teams
Strong Proficiency in Java 17 or later, including Java concurrency, lambda expressions, and functional programming
Good Experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and related technologies.
Good proficiency in SQL and experience with major database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
