Overview
Provide technical leadership for a real-time decisioning platform, leading by example through daily hands-on development—designing and coding core components end-to-end to solve complex, ambiguous problems at scale while setting a high bar for code quality, performance, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.

• Modern Java depth Java 17+ / Java 21
• Spring Boot
• MongoDB
• Distributed system design
• Performance tuning
• Rest API''s
• Observability & Reliability (logging, tracing, etc.)
• Cloud (Any cloud fine, Preferably Red Hat OpenShift)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tradeoff thinking
• Team player

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
