Job Description

Role: Principal Solution Architect - Microsoft Fabric & AI
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract/Full-time
Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Leader / Solution Architect with strong experience in Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, Cloud and modern engineering. The role will partner with clients, lead technical solutions, and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders and engineering leaders.
  • Design scalable Data, Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, POCs, design reviews, troubleshooting, and development.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as ClaudeCode to improve engineering productivity.
  • Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore teams and drive complex initiatives to successful delivery.
  • Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards and best practices.
  • Participate in client workshops, solution discussions, proposals, estimates, and technical presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and account growth.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, or consulting.
  • Strong experience in Data Engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Analytics, Cloud, and AI/GenAI.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Fabric components such as Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, and related analytics capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, modern data platforms, and AI-assisted development.
  • Experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore engineering teams.
  • Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AWS, Azure, Databricks or Snowflake.
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI.
  • Experience in cloud modernization and enterprise data transformation.
  • Consulting experience with proposals, RFPs, estimates, and account growth.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software engineering practices.
