The Role

• Transition a state-of-the-art IoT security solution from the lab to multiple customers.
• Assist end users, develop new features, and coordinate with technical partners for integration.
• Troubleshoot and maintain deployed applications.
• Onboard and manage new users, and screen new data sources and technologies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for data sources and technical partners, organizing technical exchange meetings.

What You'll Need

• US Citizenship with TS/SCI and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (4 years of Python development experience or 10 years with no degree).
• Expertise in Python scripting and Docker container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and AWS environments.
• Proficiency in full-stack development, including RESTful APIs, web UIs, and networking protocols.
• Experience with monitoring, CI/CD (GitLab CI), Agile Scrum, and database administration.
