Are you an experienced material handler or forklift operator who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role?
TFT Global Inc. is looking for a Lead Material Handler to join our Brookville operation. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys operating a forklift, moving material, working alongside the team, and helping others succeed.
You don't have to choose between working on the floor and leading a team. In this role, you'll do both. The position leads material handlers and general laborers while actively supporting daily material movement and operations.
What You'll Do
As a Lead Material Handler, you'll:
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Lead and support a team of material handlers and general laborers
- Coordinate receiving, staging, storage, shipping, and movement of materials
- Perform outbound loading and unloading alongside your team
- Assign daily work and help keep material moving according to customer schedules
- Train and mentor employees on proper forklift operation and material-handling procedures
- Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
- Help ensure parts and materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Communicate inventory shortages, delays, equipment concerns, and operational issues
- Support safety, quality, 5S, material flow, and continuous improvement initiatives
We're especially interested in candidates who have hands-on material handling and forklift experience and are comfortable using a computer for basic day-to-day work.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Material handling, warehouse, distribution, or similar hands-on experience
- Forklift operating experience
- Experience loading, unloading, staging, storing, or moving materials
- Basic computer experience and the ability to learn job-related systems
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with a team
- Experience training, mentoring, or helping guide other employees is a plus

Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered. Wages are between $22.55 per hour, depending on experience.
