  • Define and manage the product vision, delivery priorities, and implementation roadmap for the MapleMark-specific US deposit products.
  • Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, feature priorities, journeys, stories, operating expectations, and implementation outcomes.
  • Maintain accountability for product scope, business readiness, and alignment with enterprise standards throughout delivery and post-launch stabilization.

MCVP1 Product Creation and Launch

  • Lead the creation and launch of new MCVP1 products (such as Escrow-linked Deposit Accounts for Mortgage Capital Market customers) for the MapleMark entity, and all associated processes and artifacts, in accordance with established delivery milestones and commitments.
  • Partner with core technology and vendor teams to define, validate, and implement product parameters within the core banking platform.
  • Ensure business requirements are sufficiently detailed to support customer requirements, internal sales and operations team requirements, configuration, testing, operational execution, and control validation.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to confirm that product structures, servicing requirements, and operational dependencies are understood and delivered.

Controls, Governance, and Co-existence

  • Support the design and enablement of controls required for the product environment, including product-level controls, process controls, and implementation governance.
  • Ensure that MCVP1 and MCVP2 products can appropriately co-exist with the existing Houston branch-held US Business Deposit products without creating operational, reporting, servicing, or control conflicts.
  • Identify cross-product dependencies, integration impacts, and potential control gaps arising from parallel product structures or shared platform capabilities.
  • Work with risk, operations, technology, vendor and all applicable stakeholders to confirm readiness for launch and ongoing business-as-usual management.

MCVP2 Development and Product Lifecycle Management
