Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fossil Project Manager to lead complex energy project development and large capital construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery, major equipment procurement, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder leadership, particularly within gas generation projects.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery, including:
• Cost estimating
• Schedule development
• Project risk management
• Gas generation project development
• Experience managing major equipment and EPC/EPCM contract procurement, including:
• Bid preparation
• Bid evaluation
• Contract negotiation
• Contract award
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and drive projects from development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage energy project development and large capital construction initiatives.
• Coordinate EPC/EPCM project delivery activities, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Support cost estimating and development of detailed project schedules.
• Manage procurement activities for major equipment and EPC/EPCM contracts.
• Lead bid preparation, evaluation, negotiations, and contract award processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, procurement, finance, legal, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and executive management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive projects forward in complex and evolving environments while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
