The Role

• Provide individualised and activating care for residents.
• Implement and manage care documentation and planning.
• Oversee medication administration.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance measures.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of junior staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (general, geriatric, or pediatric).
• Specialised qualification in Palliative Care.
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong empathy and a sense of responsibility.
