Joining our team puts you at the forefront of this transformation. You will collaborate with a group of builders to solve complex problems and reshape a massive industry. If you want to drive real-world impact and do the best work of your career, you’ve found your home. We move fast, follow the data, and hold ourselves to high standards. If that’s how you work too, this is the role for you.

About the Role

Great hiring is how a fast-moving company like ours keeps raising its bar, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will own it. You will run full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and business roles, partnering directly with hiring leaders to understand what they need, find the right people, and bring them from first conversation through to a smooth, ready-to-start hire. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and work closely with leaders across Engineering, Analytics, Business Enablement, and Sales to build the team that powers EverQuote’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build a hiring plan and timeline for each search
  • Manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at a time, balancing priorities to keep every search moving
  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building strong pipelines of technical and non-technical talent
  • Review applicants in the ATS, evaluate resumes against role requirements, and recommend who moves forward
  • Conduct candidate interviews and screens, and give hiring teams clear, structured feedback and recommendations
  • Prepare offers, lead compensation conversations, and handle negotiations through to acceptance
  • Guide each candidate from application to hire-ready status, including contracts and onboarding handoffs, so they have an excellent experience at every step
  • Track and report on hiring metrics, including time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance, and use the data to improve how we hire
  • Keep hiring leaders, interviewers, and candidates informed with timely, transparent communication throughout the process

What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting (software engineering, data, product)
  • Proven ability to manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at once while maintaining a time to fill under 60 days
  • Strong sourcing skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage passive candidates
  • Experience partnering with senior hiring leaders to scope roles and set expectations
  • Experience crafting offers and negotiating with candidates, including competitive compensation conversations
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize across many searches in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to hiring

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience recruiting in a SaaS, fintech, or insurance tech environment
  • Hands-on experience using Greenhouse as an ATS
  • Background in insurance technology or digital insurance marketplaces
  • Experience improving recruiting processes, such as structured interviewing, scorecards, or scheduling workflows
