Bisoftllc is looking for Project Manager with Oracle Customer Care (CCB) and Billing

Required Skills: 

1.Experienced Project Manager to lead the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) Upgrade Project 

2.Client is upgrading its on-premise Oracle CCB platform from Version 2.7 to Version 24.4 

3.Utilities Background Exp is Must.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) implementation or upgrade projects.

Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.

Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and issue management experience.

Experience working with System Integrators and third-party vendors.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

Experience managing project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.

Experience using Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. 

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project tracking tools.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
