Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Semrush Inc. seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions for global customers using our online visibility and content marketing platform. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to run technical discovery, architect integrations, and translate complex SEO and digital marketing requirements into reliable, high-performing solutions. You will build demos and proofs of concept, integrate Semrush via APIs and BI tools, and analyze performance data to optimize client outcomes. This position suits a curious, collaborative engineer who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, experimenting with new approaches, and working in a fast-moving SaaS environment where your work directly impacts customer success and product evolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customer success to scope and design enterprise solutions using Semrush products
• Lead technical discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture for complex client use cases
• Configure, integrate, and optimize Semrush tools within client ecosystems (APIs, BI tools, marketing stacks)
• Develop proofs of concept, demos, and prototypes to validate solutions and demonstrate value
• Translate business objectives into technical specifications, data flows, and implementation plans
• Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap based on enterprise client needs
• Create solution documentation, integration playbooks, and technical enablement materials
• Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and recommend enhancements
• Support enterprise onboarding, troubleshooting, and escalated technical issues
• Evangelize Semrush best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
