Senior Program Manager (Oracle Cloud)
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Role Overview
This position requires a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of complex initiatives within an Oracle Cloud environment. The successful candidate will establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders, build strong relationships across multiple organizations, and manage program routines. This role demands exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills to coordinate delivery and dependencies across technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and organizational leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with business and technology leaders, as well as risk and compliance partners.
• Coordinate and facilitate key program routines including project kick-offs, status reviews, steering committee meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and dependencies across multiple integrated organizations.
• Promote communication and collaboration across various teams to achieve target timelines.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk mitigation, and rapid impediment removal.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership regarding delivery progress, issues, risks, and schedules.
• Track success metrics and review overall program performance with stakeholders.
• Manage financial tracking and assist with strategic resource planning for the program.
• Provide input to define and continuously improve change management processes.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management and IT project management within complex organizational structures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with enterprise project management tools, change management methodologies, budget management processes, and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working directly with Oracle Cloud implementation or support teams.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
