Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure with Security Clearance

Job Description: Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in cloud infrastructure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Manage cloud infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Ensure security best practices are followed in all cloud deployments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud technologies
• Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies

Clearance Requirements:
Active Secret clearance required. Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance a plus.
