Job Description

SAP S/4HANA BPEM (Business Process Exception Management) Consultant with strong SAP IS-U experience.

Location: Remote

Client: Confidential

Experience: 12+ Years

Rate $70 per hour on C2C

Technical skills

SAP S/4HANA / IS-U: Strong functional and technical understanding of utility business processes, particularly Meter-to-Cash, Billing, Invoicing, FI-CA, Meter Reading, and Device Management for gas and electric utilities.
BPEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Business Process Exception Management, including exception monitoring, BPEM case management, error analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of failed business transactions.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP IS-U background jobs, interfaces, data processing, and integration issues. Ability to work with ABAP, BASIS, and functional teams to investigate and resolve exceptions.
Utilities Experience: Prior experience with electric or gas utility companies is highly preferred, ideally supporting SAP IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities implementations.
Communication: Someone who can work independently, coordinate with business and technical teams, and communicate effectively with client stakeholders.
