Experience: 12+ Years

Design, develop, and implement enterprise GIS solutions using Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Esri Utility Network for electric, gas, and water utility environments.

Lead GIS data migration and modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy geometric network/ArcFM models to Esri Utility Network using FME, Python, ArcPy, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and enterprise geodatabases.

Design and support integrations between Esri Utility Network and SAP EAM/SAP GEF/SAP S4 HANA, including asset, equipment, functional location, maintenance, and new-business workflows through REST APIs and SAP ABAP integrations.

Develop and enhance GIS applications and automation solutions using ArcGIS JavaScript API, Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS Dashboards, C#/.NET SDK, Python, ArcPy, and FME, including mobile and web-based mapping applications.

Serve as a GIS Technical Architect/Lead, working with business stakeholders, offshore/onshore development teams, and cross-functional groups to gather requirements, define solution architecture, provide technical guidance, document designs, and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
