Overview
Seeking a Salesforce Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on building modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Aura, and Visualforce while partnering closely with developers, Salesforce Administrators, QA, and technical leadership in an Agile environment.

Must Haves
  • Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce
  • Hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Sites
  • JavaScript / TypeScript
  • HTML, CSS, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
  • Responsive web development
  • REST API integrations
  • Git/version control
  • Experience translating Figma designs into responsive web applications
  • Experience integrating with Apex backend services
  • Strong troubleshooting and frontend performance optimization skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Salesforce platform best practices
  • Accessibility (ADA/WCAG) experience
  • Experience with Postman
  • Browser debugging and frontend optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable frontend applications using LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
  • Configure and support Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Sites
  • Build responsive user interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  • Translate Figma designs into production-ready Salesforce applications
  • Integrate frontend components with Apex services and REST APIs
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and Agile ceremonies
  • Maintain clean, reusable, and maintainable code using Git version control
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
