Insights and Analytics Manager

An exciting opportunity with a leading luxury retail brand in London is looking for an Insights & Analytics Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract.

• Based in London
• Hybrid working, 2-3 days a week in the office
• 6-12 months initially
• Start date: ASAP
• Up to £65,000 salary pro rata

The Job

As the Insights & Analytics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering actionable customer, trading and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Analysing retail, ecommerce and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions for senior stakeholders
• Supporting Commercial, Marketing and Ecommerce teams with data-driven recommendations
• Monitoring business performance across key customer and commercial metrics
• Conducting ad hoc analysis to understand customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness and trading performance
• Presenting insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Driving improvements across reporting processes, analytics capability and data quality

You

• Strong experience within Retail, Ecommerce, Luxury Retail or another consumer-facing business
• Previous experience in Insights, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence roles
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, trading performance and commercial reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI and visualisation tools
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations
• Able to work autonomously and quickly add value within a fast-paced environment
