(Certified Product Marketing Professional/Manager (CPMP/CPMM)
 
Job Description:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years program/project management.
  • 5+ years SaaS, privacy, martech, data, or integration programs.
  • PMP/Scrum/SAFe preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail, consumer, loyalty, marketing, customer-data, privacy, or regulated enterprise experience.
  • Experience in multi-vendor environments with client and third-party platform teams.
  • Agile delivery and structured enterprise governance experience.

Key Deliverables / Outputs

  • Role-specific deliverables are completed against agreed acceptance criteria and phase gates.
  • Risks, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions are documented and escalated early.
  • Implementation evidence and documentation are complete for testing, audit, release, and operational handover.

Success Measures

  • On-time delivery of assigned outcomes.
  • Quality and compliance with approved Client requirements.
  • Early identification and resolution of blockers.
  • Clear documentation, traceability, and audit evidence.

Key Stakeholder Interfaces

  • Client business, privacy, marketing, technology, data, security, and program stakeholders.
  • Epsilon and other approved third-party platform teams.
  • OneTrust/Ketch support or product teams where applicable.

Governance & Working Model

  • Participate in relevant daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, weekly delivery governance, and phase-gate reviews.
  • Maintain role-specific documentation and evidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own integrated program plan, critical path, milestones, dependencies, and phase gates.
  • Translate roadmap into workstreams, sprint commitments, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage backlog, priorities, scope, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate privacy, business, architecture, engineering, testing, migration, and release activities.
  • Drive sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and dependency resolution.
  • Track readiness for discovery, design, build, SIT, UAT, migration, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Maintain program metrics and coordinate with Client and third parties.
