The Role • Conduct internal training sessions on optometry within the store, utilizing state-of-the-art technology. • Provide expert optometric consultations to customers and support colleagues with optical matters. • Perform refractions and ensure standardized refraction procedures are followed by the team. • Oversee the store's technical equipment and contribute your expertise to store management. What You'll Need • Extensive experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting. • Completed certification as a Master Optician (Augenoptikermeister). • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to engage customers with our products. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team to achieve company objectives.
