Field Supervisor

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee on-site financial service operations within our finance and insurance portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate daily field activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support teams delivering banking, asset management, and insurance services. You will monitor performance, conduct site audits, manage schedules, and address client issues promptly. Collaborating closely with branch and operations leaders, you'll analyze service metrics, implement process improvements, and train front-line staff to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, security, and operational excellence.
