Job Description

I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity with a leading Private Equity firm in London.

They are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong valuation and financial modelling experience to join their team.

The role will involve:

✔ Private Equity portfolio valuations

✔ DCF, LBO and comparable company analysis

✔ Complex capital structures and equity waterfalls

✔ Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis

✔ Reviewing portfolio company forecasts and business plans

✔ Direct exposure to investment professionals and senior stakeholders

This could suit someone coming from valuations, transaction services, corporate finance, advisory or an existing Private Equity environment who wants to move into a PE-focused valuations position.
