Job Description

Position:  Project Coordinator I

Seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Analyst to join our team. This role supports ongoing recordkeeping processes by reviewing documentation and categorizing it accordingly, and cross-referencing multiple systems to ensure information stays current and organized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, comfortable working with sensitive documentation, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

This is an in-person position based at our Overland Park, KS office.

Key Responsibilities

·      Review documents and categorize accordingly

·      Cross reference multiple systems to verify and update information

·      Maintain accurate, organized tracking of reviewed records using Microsoft Excel

·      Communicate findings or questions to the appropriate supervisor or team contact

·      Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee personal information

·      Support general administrative and data entry tasks as needed

·      Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Qualifications

Required:

·      High school diploma or equivalent

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data comparison)

·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·      Basic analytical skills, with the ability to compare data sets and identify discrepancies

·      Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Ability to work on-site full-time in Overland Park, KS

Preferred (not required):

·      Prior experience in HR, administrative support, or data entry

·      Familiarity with recordkeeping or documentation review processes (training will be provided)

·      Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

Work Environment

·      This is an in-person, on-site role located in Overland Park, KS

·      Standard office environment with regular use of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

·      Involves regular handling of confidential employee documentation
