Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer – AI-Assisted Development with 8+ years of experience and strong problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and critical-thinking skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong full-stack Java development background along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents. The candidate should be able to use AI tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, debugging, optimization, and delivery timelines.

A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, secure, and deliver production-ready code.

Required Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.

• Develop and integrate RESTful microservices and enterprise Java applications.

• Build responsive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, refactoring, and optimization.

• Create effective prompts and iteratively refine AI-generated solutions.

• Review and validate AI-generated code for functionality, performance, security, maintainability, and production readiness.

• Analyze JVM performance and conduct profiling to identify and resolve application bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps processes where applicable.

• Follow software engineering best practices for code quality, security, testing, and deployment.
