The Role

• Ensure high standards of care and quality of life, adhering to all legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain the quality management system.
• Design and optimize care and support processes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and authorities.
• Plan and organize staff deployment.
• Motivate, develop, and support the care team.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or general healthcare and nursing.
• Recognized further training as a nursing service manager.
• Empathy and strong leadership skills.
• Assertiveness and excellent communication abilities.
