We're Hiring Business Development Manager - Makeup Accounts
Location: Saket, Delhi (On-site)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Makeup Accounts to expand and manage our network of wedding makeup artists, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard wedding makeup artists and beauty professionals.
Develop and execute lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Organize and manage online/offline masterclasses and networking events with makeup artists and brand partners.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate partnerships.
Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, and Digital teams to enhance client growth.
Track client interactions and sales pipeline through CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Who We're Looking for :
️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
️ 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the wedding, beauty, or makeup industry.
️ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
️ Experience working with CRM systems.
️ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about the beauty and wedding industry.
