Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Houston, TX (5 days onsite) locals

Type: Long Term CTH

Rate: W2

 

Role Overview

 

         Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture.

·         Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.

·         Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, data models, and integration designs.

·         Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

·         Knowledge on Docusign CLM product will be an added advantage and certified

·         Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.

·         Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and Salesforce best practices.

·         Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical standards and engineering best practices across the team.

·         Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

·         Analyze production issues, provide root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of critical technical issues.

·         Support release management, deployment, CI/CD, environment management, and production releases.

·         Identify opportunities for automation, technical-debt reduction, performance improvement, and platform optimization.

·         Work onsite with client/business teams, provide technical guidance during workshops, grooming, design discussions, UAT, and implementation, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery.
