As a key member of the store, you will contribute to an exceptional customer shopping experience and support the store management in daily operations. The Role

• Ensure a remarkable shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow and team leadership in partial responsibility.
• Manage all tasks related to sales floor and stockroom operations.
• Control incoming goods, stock sales floor, and check expiry dates.
• Replenish and inspect the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Handle cash register duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• Drive and energy to strengthen our team.
• Completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in retail or related fields.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Willingness to work diligently and contribute actively.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
