We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable anddedicated Manager to join our team, with the exciting opportunity to step upand lead in Retail store . Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smoothrunning of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm,and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoyexceptional coffee experiences.

As a Costa Manager, your mainresponsibilities will be:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamlessexecution of business goals.
• To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverageproduction
• To delegate where necessary and ensure theteam are pro-active at all times
• Act as the main point of contact anddecision-maker.
• Be pro-active at all times and use initiative,diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise
