Vehicle Glass Workshop Manager | Aalen, Germany | Hybrid | €3,200 - €3,960 per month (approx.)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a leading national automotive glass repair and replacement company. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Workshop Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations, adhering to company standards, and managing daily schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, handle customer funds, and process incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with a preference for experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess Workshop Manager (HWK) certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficiency in German and PC skills.
• Strong customer focus, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a high degree of trust.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks.
