Job Description

An award-winning architecture, interior design, and build practice is seeking an exceptional Project Coordinator to become the right hand to their Head Architect. This is far more than a traditional administrative role—you will be the organisational heartbeat behind multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring nothing is missed, priorities stay on track, and communication flows effortlessly. You'll coordinate live projects from concept through to completion, manage diaries, liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers, and create systems that keep complex projects moving seamlessly. Experience

  • Supporting senior leaders, architects, or project directors
  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and competing priorities
