The Role

• Operate and monitor automated, computer-controlled production facilities
• Load and start up production lines
• Retrieve and evaluate products for quantity and quality
• Manage machine components and control systems
• Proactively identify and mitigate process risks
• Continuously optimize manufacturing processes

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator, ideally in textiles or plastics, or equivalent qualification in operating and monitoring production plants
• Practical aptitude, manual dexterity, and technical understanding
• Quality consciousness and a passion for creating perfect workflows
• Experience with machine elements and control systems is highly desirable
