AI Transformation Lead

We are hiring a senior AI leader to drive AI initiatives, automation, and operational improvements across a growing business environment. This role will work closely with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and implement practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and automation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Design and implement AI-powered tools, copilots, and workflow solutions.
• Partner with leadership, operations, and data teams to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies.
• Build scalable AI processes, standards, and best practices.
• Help develop and grow the internal AI function over time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, automation, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Ability to connect business problems with scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced or transformation-focused environments preferred.
