League Development & Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who loves people, competition, and a great game night. This role blends league recruitment, community outreach, marketing, promotions, and creative design to help grow participation, build buzz, and make our leagues fun, social, and well-run.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support participants for league programs
• Promote leagues through in-person outreach, phone, email, and digital channels
• Build relationships with players, teams, venues, and community partners
• Assist with league events, promotions, and on-site support
• Plan and execute grassroots marketing and promotional campaigns
• Manage social media content and promotional messaging
• Design flyers, posters, and social media graphics using Canva and/or Adobe tools
• Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, marketing, promotions, community outreach, or business development
• Graphic design experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working events, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities
