Job Description

Sr. Microsoft 365 Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide advanced administration, engineering, and escalation support for a large-scale M365 environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex M365 issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage tenant configuration, service health, licensing, and platform optimization.
  • Support Conditional Access, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and M365 APIs.
  • Troubleshoot Azure AD/Entra ID, on-prem AD, and Exchange hybrid environments.
  • Support M365 projects, migrations, documentation, and technical standards.
  • Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID and identity/access management.
  • Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory and Exchange environments.
