The Role • Conduct independent individual and group psychotherapy sessions for children and adolescents. • Treat patients with complex cases and comorbidities within a specialized unit. • Actively participate in the organization and structuring of station-specific processes and workflows. • Contribute to the development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts. • Engage in training and development opportunities for healthcare professionals in behavioral therapy. What You'll Need • Completed approbation or advanced training in psychotherapy with a focus on behavioral therapy (over 24 months). • Demonstrated interest and willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary therapeutic team. • Clinical experience in treating diverse disorders in children and adolescents. • A dedicated, reflective, and responsible approach to daily therapeutic practice.
