Customer Success Advisor (Entrepreneurial Company)

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a fast-growing customer support business with the recruitment of a Customer Success Advisor .

Permanent position. This is a fully office-based role in Altrincham . Monday - Friday, Permanent.

This is a entrepreneurial environment, and a growing company.

Salary

Negotiable + bonus structure of up to £5,000 + overtime opportunities

Additional overtime is available, including enhanced rates for Saturdays (don't need to work any overtime, it's just an option)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls each day
• Speak with new enquiries and understand each customer's individual circumstances
• Explain the company's service clearly, patiently and professionally
• Objection Handling
• Qualify enquiries and book appointments with the Claims Team
• Maintain contact with existing customers throughout their journey
• Keep customer information and CRM records accurate and up to date
• Deliver excellent service without using a hard-sell approach

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service, call handling, contact centre or sales or similar role is preferred
• Strong telephone manner with the ability to explain information clearly and simply
• Able to build trust and rapport quickly
• Previous experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another customer-focused environment would be advantageous but is not essential
