The Role

• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Engage customers by asking probing questions to understand their needs
• Persuade customers to explore and purchase additional products and/or services
• Build client relationships and utilize product knowledge to drive customer retention
• Track, document, and retrieve customer information accurately within databases
• Offer additional products and/or services during every customer interaction

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 3 months of experience in soft sales (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing)
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion techniques, relationship building, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home work environment
• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency with PC usage
